How do I order from Scotch Rocks?

How long will delivery take?
Deliveries to the United Kingdom should arrive within 5 working days with a delivery charge of £9.99, mainland Europe with seven working days with a delivery charge of 14.99 and rest of the world within fourteen working days with a delivery charge of 19.99. All orders are dispatched within one working day of us accepting your order. All deliveries will be made to the address you provide at the time of order and must be signed for.
How do I return my order?
You can return your item with fourteen working days of you receiving it. Items returned must be complete, unopened, in its original sealed packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Any items returned which have been removed from its sealed packaging will not be refunded or exchanged unless it is faulty or damaged on you receiving it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How do I cancel my order? (Not including monthly subscriptions)
You can cancel your order with us at any time within fourteen days of you receiving it, inline with our Return of Goods policy.
Orders cancelled by us
We reserve the right to cancel your order at anytime before we send you your 'Order Confirmation' email. Any cancellation by us will be deemed to be a minor change and no compensation will be payable.
How do I look after my purchase?
To ensure you continue to enjoy your purchase, please follow the care instructions on your candle. Following these simple care instructions will ensure your item maintains its appearance and feel.
How long do gift cards last?
Our gift cards last for 12 months and can be redeemed on any product.
How long are monthly subscriptions?
All subscriptions are for a 12 month term and charged to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
